IT'S IMPERATIVE TO MEASURE YOUR PIGGY CORRECTLY. TRIPLE CHRCK YOUR MEASUREMENTS TO BE SURE!! Better Safe Than Sorry. Please use a soft measuring tape. They can be easily bought at Walmart, a grocery store or dollar store in the sewing section.
‼️‼️Custom Orders: THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED. The listings denote if the item is custom fit to your piggy. We will gladly work with you to alter the item to your satisfaction. Contact us for any issues or questions you have, we are here to help.

*Stock Orders: Every item is handmade, but some items are stock sizing. If you ordered the wrong size for your pig you can easily exchange it for a different one. You will need to pay for shipping for the new collar to reach you and for the shipping on the item you are returning. Please convo me to explain your situation and to give the correct size needed.

*Stock Orders: You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to ask for a return or exchange for a different size. When I receive the item (which must still be in new condition), I can either refund you the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or send you a different size. You are responsible for shipping both ways.
